SCRUM follow up
To follow up with my last post, The use of SCRUM was successful for our project. We went through a total of 3 sprints, with the last sprint being dedicated to “shipping” the game.
We had a few problems with having too much work, but everyone stayed on task, and we finally shipped on time, though we had to crunch through the weekend to do so.
